Call Lightning

Description: The call lightning spell for druids is not functioning.  It appears you are casting, says you cast it, but nothing happens.  It's like there is a component needed for it and you don't have the component, but there isn't a component needed for that spell.

Location: Several places, different boards.

Reproducable: Had another druid try it.  Not working for them either.

Is this intentional?

It would help to list the areas where the spell is not working, cause this is a spell to be cast on open spaces.  if you try to cast the spell on an area tagged ( by the engine not as the actual area ) as underground.  the spell will not work.

There has been several discussions regarding this,  If you may please look upon which area that thing happens again that will allow to see if its a bug or not ,

Believe it was haven city and goblin wastelands..I tried some others and these areas myself and it may clarify things
 
 spell works fine for me with a target.
 
 or where there is a hostile within the target area - where ground was targeted
 
 
 IF no hostile within target area..no spell effect shows up but spell is lost.
 
 
 It may be this last effect that has occured?
 
 I did not test but spell used to work most every place underground I have been before.

I blame lame Sun Elf druid elders for kicking their students out of Voltrex to go save the planet and leaving them clueless on how to actually cast a lightning spell <.<.

I tried it with a hostile in the red light caverns (and the spell did not go off).

After that I tried it in goblin wastelands, that board with the skunk outside haven, and haven city (no hostiles in the immediate area) without the effects either.

I have cast that spell "underground" tons of times, including in the red light caverns.

Whatever the fluke was, it seems to be fixed now.  Call lightning is working as normal again.
