Divine Wrath

I personally feel that the most difficult class to RP is not a paladin nor a druid, noreven an "evil aligned" PC, but rather the deity champion. It's something that I tend to struggle alot with, trying to define how my character would react to certain situations and temptations, some of which I'll freely admit that I've been less than successful with.
Still, the Champions according to the handbook are the deity’s elite. I still don't believe their PrC reflects that. Yes, this is a powerbuild request, so first and foremost please forgive me here. The advantage of a Champion PrC (that I'm aware of) are the saving throws, bonus feats, and the ability "Divine Wrath" among other non-stackable Paladin like feats such as Lay on Hands.
I'm sure there are ways to "compliment" a Champion/Paladin Class, and a Champion/Fighter class depending upon the level arrangement could be quite a build. Still, particularly with paladins, the Champion class does nothing but weaken theoverall strength of the character builddespite the fact that you may freely multiclass between the two. The basic "power-rules" of multiclassing of course apply here - i.e. if you have enough levels of a base class, getting the best of what that class has to offer, then perhaps a suitable strength build could be conceived with choosing a compliment class.
The level 5 Champion PrC ability "Divine Wrath" is a nifty spell, yet unfortunately it lasts only as long as your charisma modifier. Now that's no big issue as the paladin feats "Divine Shield" and "Divine Might" are similiar in duration. The issue to me is that Divine Might can only be used once per day. You're dealing with an ability that, even with high charisma, will last maybe a minute at most, and once it's gone, it's gone.
I'm wondering of the possibility of changing this ability to resemble "Divine Might and Shield" in the sense that you can use this ability as many times a day as you have "Turn Undead". "Divine Wrath" is an emotion - a divine emotion and while I guess you can argue that you would be "spent" after becoming "divinely angry" I'd still think you could muster up enough emotion to do it more than once. I suppose this would leave a non-paladin/cleric base-class PC out of luck however unless "Turn-Undead" or "Extra-Turning"couldbe selected as a Champion feat.
I'm not sure whether this is something that's "hard coded" via Bioware, as I don't understand what would be and what wouldn't. I would also imagine that given that a few members of the layonara community have brought theirdisappointment up regarding this particular PrC from time to time, this sort of issue has been at least discussed among the team. Keep in mind I'm fully aware of the Layonara team's incredibly full plate and whether this would be more work than it's worth, or perhaps it's not worth it. There may also be balancing issues here. Not sure as I'm certainly no expert. So, what are the chances of modifying this?
If not, thanks for at least answering me on this one!
