Greater Planar Binding

Bug Report

Description: Greater Planar Binding, evil summons, Vrock Demon is requiring a spell component even though player (Stygian Achnuman) Bioware: Ravemore, has all eschew feats.

Location: Any location.

Verified: Tried on both servers with same result.

Reproducible: Yes.

According to LORE, Stygian only has Eschew I and II.  

Greater Planar Binding is a level 8 spell, so it requires Eschew III.

He's also only Level 17, and only just became eligible for Eschew III, but since feats aren't granted at level 17, he wouldn't be able to take the feat until level 18.

So it seems to be working as intended.

Really... Hmmm was not aware of that. If that is the case, then there are other issues. Shape Change requires a material component but I can cast it without any. So, that spell may be bugged??

That and the fact the others I am using are verbal and somatic only threw me off. I did not even look before I posted, my bust.

The component for Shapechange (Jade Circlet) is not consumed when cast.  It needs to be worn but it is considered a "focus" component, similar to the snakeskin gloves for the Bigby's spells.

I have no jade circlet... can cast without it.
