Pipe Smoking

Pipe smoking does not appear to be working.When I use my pipe, i get the character animations but the bonuses do not seem to be taking affect.I am using a Mahogany Smoking Pipe ( nothing new) I have filled my pipe and used it with 3 types of weed :Flatbottom, Plains Exceptional, Golden Splendor.

This appears to be only the pipeweed that is gifted in the Adventuring Kits as those aren't "Herbal".

Also when you are tanning your own pipeweed for smoking you have to use an herbal flint on the tanning box for you to get the added effects from smoking it.  You can use the regular flint for starting fires but you wont get the added benefits.  I have'nt tried the pretanned pipeweed from the goodie bags yet.
