I'd like to suggest giving this feat a longer duration. It is really the most effective combat feat the shadow dancer can have, but it's duration is left to desire.

A trade off could be setting the progression of the resistance to 10/4 by level 15, and 10/5 by level 20, which gives considerably less resistance. Concealment, and ac are good as they are.

Right now the duration is one round a level, I would suggest maybe upping it to 1 turn a level.

I disagree about the duration, I never seemed to have an issue with it when playing Lue, you have to realize the durration is offset by the fact that it's 3 uses per rest, it's not designed to be used right after you rest, but to be used right before a combat in which sense it lasts long enough usually to see the end of that particular engagement (and if it doesn't you can always back off and hide)

Thanks for your imput.

From experience though, I often have to use two, if not the tree sets in one fight. I don't know if you went into the great forest with lue, but the fights over there are often quite long, even with a good party.

But the shadow dancer has to focus on using the shadows since it's more of a mind thing. In order to cover your whole body with a physical illusion of shadows, it would require concentration which could be interrupted by fighting with tons of giants. That's how I interpret the duration of Shadow Evade. I don't see a problem with the duration, just a little something to help not get hit until people can come up and get the bad guys off your back.
