Go back to the character submission forum, and post that you would like to multiclass your druid to a shifter, then give a link to your character submission if you can, and your characters development thread (The character dev. thread makes a PrC request much easier for people to approve). Then write a bit more about what has brought your character to this point where he/she has determined that they have the shifter blood in them or whatever.
Next, go to the CDQ forum and find a GM who you like and who's time zone meshes well with yours and request a CDQ to multiclass to shifter. Include all the links from the last post post in the character sumission form, and see what you can get done.
