    Telepathy
    « on: May 04, 2006, 02:25:23 pm »
I thought that a high level mage, or a psyonics PrC (if it's possible) could send messages to people using there mind. You would probably have to make it like an ear of telepathy or some thing like that, but it would be a good way of sending in game tells.

I was also thinking that you would have to do a spot check to notice if the person that is sending the message is looking at the other person funny due to all of the concentration needed to use telepathy.

Sorry, we've seen too many abuses of telepathy, as mentiond here:

Telepathy; There is a reason we do not allow this ability, even though it does exist in D&D and such.  People tend to abuse this and we have seen this trend recently. Telepathy is forbidden unless it is done in a GM run quest via the GM and the player only or unless a GM is interacting with another player in some way—GM not player to player. There are no exceptions to this rule. I have seen too many abuses over the course of my GM’ing years and I continue to see it happening.
