Boyer attacks Trelania?

A badly damaged Allurial class ship out of Spellguard has limped into harbour in Fort Hurix after being attacked by ships bearing the flags of the Boyer Kingdom.

Authorities of Fort Hurix on the north eastern coast of Mistone have interviewed the captain, crew and passengers of the vessel to discover that their small fleet of four, carrying foodstuffs and passengers were intercepted and attacked without provocation by three Trigantine class ships bearing Boyer flags.

The 'Spirit' managed to get clear of the attacks and the crew and passengers watched as the other three ships were overtaken, those on board captured and piled onto the Trigantines before their ships were set alight.

Crew and passenger manifests indicate that aboard the 'Dune', 'Lady blue' and 'Persimmon' there was a total of 36 crew and over fifty seven passengers including men, woman and children.

Several Trelanian naval vessels have been dispatched from Leringard and should arrive within a week to begin patrolling the seas off Fort Hurix.

Word is yet to be received from the Burgomeister in Boyer who had to defend reports not long ago of Boyer ships attacking Hurm naval vessels.
