Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. And our world is endlessly evolving, so resources are frequently added and updated.
There are also years of sage advice and commentary on role-playing, gaming and online community development stored in these forums. If camaraderie is what you seek, we offer that too. It's my great gnomish pleasure to tell you that your box of aloe is ready. I had to sneak around some big angry treents and some kobolds, but it's here, ready and fresh.
I should be around Port Hempstead some time soon and perhaps we can complete the trade?
The silk is taking me longer to gather, since the spiders are very territorial. I will leave you a note when I complete the box, just in case you still need it.

Honey? It must be your lucky day, because this gnome has calculated all odds of me having a whole box of honey for you, and even when it's very low probability, I do have it ready for you! I had to cover it with special non sticky paper just in case there's a leak. I also caught my husband licking the honey glasses, so I'm hiding it from him.
I also have a very fresh box of aloe, which I have been keeping fresh by sprinkling some water on it for that of keeping the freshness (gnomish old trick). It should last a few days and some hours with freshness locked in that way.
And the silk box, it's very sticky, so my apologies for that, but it's the silly spider webs that made it that way. I'm sure you know already.
Just so that we can find each other, I'm short, wear my hair tied with a nice cute red bow, and I'm probably the prettiest and smartest female gnome you might have seen in Port Hempstead, just because... I haven't seen any female gnomes around! *laughs* If you know of any, please, let me know when I find you, because I'm dying to meet one.

My husband told me with great excitement that he happened to deliver all three boxes to you, aloe, silk and honey. I'm proud of him! I'm amazed he found you so quickly and I haven't been able to!
