A call to all dwarves!

* The following message is posted mainly in craft halls and smithies in all the lands, but also at inns and taverns of towns and villages that do not have crafting facilities. The message is written in both common and dwarven. *
Brothers!
The times are dire. Where we earlier had an immediate target for our axes when we came upon injustice, suffering and the hunger for power often shown by other races, today things are different. The old enemy personified by Sinthar Bloodstone has been destroyed. Today we face a threat that leads to frustration due its nature. Look to the skies and you will see what I am addressing. Where we earlier donned armours andgrabbed axes and shieldswe now need to trust in our skills for survival not only underground, but even under harsh conditions. We must teach the lore of our people to others worthy of recognition and friendship.
The death of the old enemy has not lead to unity as one could have hope, but further division. Let us step forward and lead by example. Among our kin a stranger is a friend, yes, even a possible source of lore and experience. We must stand together as we have always done - especially now whensomeone who is kinhas emerged and proposes to lead a nation, but in truth is but a puppet of the old enemy. Look to your ancestors and the old lore and you will not falter... remember the faces of your forefathers.
Currently a place for our people is being rebuilt. Beneath Mount Norand on Dregar we are working hard to restore the halls of the Crescent Moon and Shield, a grand Clan of an age long past. I am reviving those days of splendour and skill in both craft and magic. The Clan will become a place of refuge to those in need and of teachings and lore to those in search of it. Not long now, brothers, and I will bid you welcome into the Lair of Columns.
