Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. Being held for questioning in connection with the events at the Baron Larks lodge is one Berak of the angels guild. Others are still wanted for questioning.

Berak has been released after giving information to the investigators. He is now under house arrest in the Angels guild house.

Most honorable sir,
I write on behalf of Berak...currently under house arrest in the Illvacla eo El'Wilmlayla guild house here in Port Hampshire.
I...as a founding member of the guild...would vouch for his appearance at any and all matters pertaining to the investigation at Baron Lark's hunting lodge in the Brech Mountains.
If this is not adequate to lift the house arrest...I would then request the house arrest be expanded to the smithy and crafting halls in Port Hampshire. Berak is a well respected member of our guild...and is not one to shirk responsibilities.

*For some reason...Capt Trent has been recently bombarded during his rounds by Seagulls with bad digestion...
His armor being colored in off an white/ greenish color witha foul smell as he attends to his rounds... 
Seems the birds got into some bad fish and took it out on the fair and just local magistrate.

If you are willing to put your guild reputation on the line then I am sure we can lift Mr Berak's house arrest. But be warned if it is found that he has something to do with the disappearances at the lodge of Baron Larks or fails to report to the authorities when needed then you risk having your business shut down.

The birds who have been harassing Capt Trent on his daily rounds, and the mice who loved his boots seem to have mysteriously stopped bothering him. 
Except forth occasional seagull who still does it because he thinks its funny.
