We are a neutural adventure group. We preform tasks, anything they want to pay for, for other people. For a price that is. Those who complete the assigned tasks are given a cut of the pay. All alignments are accepted, but Lawful and Neutral good characters may have a hard time fitting in. Morality will jump into play.

As a MAJOR AND IMPORTANT NOTE - WE ARE NOT EVIL (but will accept evil people...)! WE ARE NOT RUDE TO PEOPLE! With the recent, bloody war on Dregar our ranks were severely taxed by heavy casualties, and we seek fresh blood to replace the fallen.

As a militant organization, we expect you to function under a strict chain of command. Loyalty and obedience are not an option. They are a necessity. With your effective display of cunning, dedication and skill you may advance in the chain of command.

On Ranks...

There are five ranks, with Phalleugh at the top as Field Marshall. The other four, from lowest to highest are...

Laymen. Initiate. Member. Officer.

Laymen are new to the job. Unprofessionals. They are in the testing stage. To prove themselves to The Company and the other members. They have little say in the company matters. They are given assignments and are expected to preform them. The quality of service will determine their advancement.

Initiates are getting used to their life in The Company. They have proven themselves to have the skills necessary and will have to keep doing so to advance.

Members are the stock of the Company. They are our pride and glory. The best of the best. They are the ones given the important tasks that the laymen and initates could not handle.

Officers are the elite of the Company. The best at a specific task or skill, and they are expected to preform without failure.

How this works...

A client has something they need done. They speak to Phalleugh. A price is set. People are assigned to preform it. On completion of the task and once payment has been recieved, the Mercs are given half of what was made on the transaction. The higher your rank the more difficult tasks. Etc.
