You mean tactics when half-party comes up with a plan and other half not there to hear it, then gets mad because person from other half not know plan, sees someone being attack, goes and helps fight. If that's what you call tactics then Tcho not want to work for you anyways. That's how people get killed, like Tcho almost did.
