Bug Fixes

• Scintillating Sphere does more damage than fireball (reported by Tralek Rivarmar)
• Zombie RP dialogue wrong POV (reported by Phinn)
• AA enchant arrow not by passing stoneskin
   via Tipsy Oak (David)

Other Changes

• feat: add player classes and readable location to bug report embeds
• fix: imbue arrow save DC now uses 10 + AA level + Dex modifier
• fix: move horse mount state from creature hide to SQLocals

The server will be restarting in 5 minutes to apply the latest updates.
