Loremaster's note: what the Al'Noth exactly is has been defined in the background already a few years ago and its definition allows for places where there is (temporarily) no magic possible, or where magic is in a (temporary) state of flux.
What this definition is is not known by anyone in game (not even Lucinda
) to preserve the nice theorizing discussions by various factions and plays for power of deities and mortals (PCs and NPCs) alike.
