Who is the best GM for Ilsare CD Quests?  I'd like to request a CDQ to become a Heartsong Archer.  Thanks.

Um... Carillon's pretty good at those actually.  I've been on a few of her cdq's that were Ilsare, or Ilsare-ish.

In principle, there isn't one any better than the other. So if I were you I'd go with the one that matches your timezones best.
