I was wondering how much a house is.  I am asking this assuming a character would already know this.

Unfortunately that's a difficult question to answer, as prices vary widely depending on size and location. Perhaps someone can answer more fully, but as far as I can recall I've seen them range from perhaps 75,000 or 80,000 true to close to 200,000 true. Again, those numbers may not be accurate, as this was quite a while ago and my memory isn't too great, but it should give you a range at least!

The cheapest houses go for about 45,000 True.   The most expensive ones are over 150,000 True, unless the house has been highly customized or expanded.  Guild halls (not available for individual purchase) are at least 300,000 and generally far more.

You're probably thinking of the cost of forming a guild, which is 75,000 True.

Most guild halls these days are pretty large areas and are custom-designed.  Their cost depends on factors such as this, and so there is really no fixed price for guild halls.

Well no I was thinking of when I bought the guild hall for the angels it was 75 000 when I did. L was telling me a while back he thought that was quite inexpensive. But eh, time changes, prices goes up to

Oh yes, that would be the "standard" guild hall layout, but of late, most people have been opting for a rather custom design for their halls, thus the increased price.
