After a fairly long period of time (6 to 12 months), i have reinstalled NVN in a new computer. after logging in, none of my characters are listed on the server any more.
The characters themselves are still listed in the character approvals page.
Does anyone know if there has been any recent server issues/character deletions/ patches etc that would explain why the characters might have been deleted? alternatively, does anyone know what would be done to have the server recognise my login? (my bioware login hasnt changed) Ive had a longer break from layo than that in the past without any dramas before.
any advice or suggestions would be welcome, dont really want to lose all my old characters without good reason.
