Title: Hide in Plain Sight

I noticed today that certain types of clothing (those that give off too much light) prevent the Ranger's Hide in Plain Sight ability. Through process of illimination it turned out to be Tane's Exceptional Cloak of Pather (with Electric II protection on it). Is this as designed? Thanks.

The cloak isn't producing the light that electric II resist is. We have an in game way to remove the light effect from any item. If interested look around in the Scamps Mug in Hempsted
