So does that mean being 'part Dragon' is not/no longer possible, or that the D&D style is no longer applicable? Brac'ar is 'dragon-like' from his EC/WLDQ, so I'd think it's in the realm of possibility still. And of course, any Dragon related stuff is only achievable through the CDQ/WLDQ avenue, but I'm just askin.
