Town Crier messages

I'm not sure what's involved, but I'd be willing to add "whispers" to the Town Criers vocabulary. Current happenings through the eyes of Honeybee. (This does mean that she may misinterpret some things given the snippets she hears and is told.)

Thank you for your offer, but the Town Crier is the domain of GMs and WLs solely...the latter being an added perk of WL status.
