    Quick question about missing heads....
    « on: December 08, 2007, 01:20:20 am »
Before I created my new PC, I was wondering...

How can I tell if my head is showing up, other than entering the game and having someone tell me?

If I pick a head that doesn't show up, can someone fix it later?

    Thanks,

Other than someone telling you...no, there's no way to tell, since it would show up for you in all likelihood.

And yes, a head-change can be done in-game by a GM.

Delete all the stuff in your override folder (or backup and delete). That will restrict you to the standard Bioware heads.

As I understand it, Layonara uses the CEP heads. Given this is the case, either extract all the head models from the Layonara version 3 hakpacks, using NWN Explorer (the safest option), or download them from the NW Vault (you'll need this and this; the not-as-safe option because they haven't been taken from the Layonara hakpacks), and put them into the override folder.

Then you will know that everyone can see your head.

Either that, or you'll have to run around wearing a helm or hood on all the time, which is quite the fashion anyway... ;)

      Hope this helps.
