Question on feats

A few days a go i leveled with Barion to lvl 25 , the split is 10 fighter / 15 weapon master .

The description with Epic-Weapon-master is as follows : Epic Weapon-master get one bonus-feat every three levels .With a description of the names of the bonus-feats .

My question is the following :

When do the levels start for this ?

Is it 1-4-7- etc.?

Or is it 3-6-9-12- etc. ?

Since you are talking about epic weaponmaster bonus feats, the count starts from the first epic level of the class: 11. So you get bonus feats at WM level 13, 16, 19 etc.

Not just the bonus feats, you are also given Epic Superior Weapon Focus at each level.

That means you get two feats every third level, only one of 'em, you can't pick. With a fighter, you get one feat every two levels, and you can pick whichever one you want.

There are tricks to optimizing feats with the way Bioware did the epic feat system, but I don't much want to go back and test to figure it out again.

actually, Stephen, you get that superior weapon focus every five levels of weaponmaster, not every level after epic. Unless something's changed that I'm not aware of.

I think Stephen made a typo there. Superior weapon focus comes along with bonus feats. So also on levels 13, 16, 19 etc. Every three levels after epic.

Epic Superior Weapon Focus: For every 3 epic levels gained an additional +1 to attack is granted to the weapon of choice.
