CNR - Electrical Rods III and IV - Don't Give Visual

Electrical rods III and IV dont give the visual effect like the other rods of equivalent power.

I don't know if the new updates change anything but Electric Rod III did give visual effect on my iron bastard sword.  I used it like 2 updates ago.....*hmmmmm* don't know how long ago but maybe 1 month ago. *shrugs*

I tested the rod III yesterday, before the update and the rod IV today, after the update.  Neither gave the visual, but applying a visual effect worked.

What weapon were you trying it on Talan?

A mace with a non-standard customized appearance.

I thought that it was the appearance that was incompatible somehow with the visual at first, but when I put the visual effect (alchemy visual effect bottle) on, it appeared, so that kinda disproved my theory.

I have the mace in my inventory if you want to check it out next time you see me on.

Actually the alchemical effect and the rod effect are two different types of FX called a different way.

I think this has to do with the customized appearance not being recognized with the rod application function.  I'm filing this as "Won't Fix" sorry, for those with customized looks on your weapons you may have to use the alchemical effect on your weapon.
