Oki first time I crashed in the River of Death in the Kingdoms of Roldem. When I tried to log in, I crashed before the loading screen was finished. I talked to Pan as hes was online and he moved me one area back. That fixed the problem. Then I move into the dungeon that is across the river. And I die on the second level, I respawn, and my bindstone is in the jungle Village on roldem, but before the screen can load thorugh, I crash again. and now I cant log in with Gotak since I crash everytime I try to load it up. Not sure how this can be fixed, if its enuff to be moved back to a place wher eI was before.

Dorganath if you are reading this, I think it is the same problem that Alantha had at corax lake a while back.
Some "flag"? or whatever it is recognizing his location. Something in his file thinks he is on the wrong server and boots him?
Posting here since I was asked to by Gotak. Hope you sort it out soon, we were doing great, eh, well pretty good anyways *cough* meteor storm *cough*

I can't see a problem with his data in terms of location. If it's a crash, it could be some funky graphics card thing. Try logging into West and let the auto-port do it's magic.

I alreay tried that, and it ports me back to where I bound my soul, and crashes!

Problem fixed it self, not sure how. I will try not to die again here :D

Is there any chance you might be able to adjust your video settings to eliminate some of the eye candy before jumping into the module? I have personally had repeated crash issues in some areas that are corrected by such. Shiny water seems to be one big culprit.

Both places I had problems with was near water, River of Death, and Jungle Village. I will turn it off to avoid future stuff like that happens. You migt be right!

I have the same problem you describer above if I turn on shiny water, but then in dock areas like Karthy docks or Leilon docks to name a few. But not always. Anyway, must be ATI.

Yes I use a ATi 9800 Pro, and some funny problems with that card.

I've got the same thingy, and I can tell you: They're plain horrible.
I've heard that most 9800's are fitted with a bad fan, putting a custom one on there supposedly solves problems like this (the shiny water thing) and various others in other games too(I've had vid related problems in UT2004, for example). I've yet to try it though.

Gah, I have that card, and I crash all over the place.....every time I go to enter The High Forest, just outside Leilon...every bloody time, and there is NO water there. *grumbles and starts looking for the hammer he used on his last video card*
