The map shows white in teh area with the new tile sets, in Hempstead though it is fine as in Vehl

Are older areas updated with a new tile set? Like some areas that look the same as before v3, have the white spots in them too. Just curious if new tileset were all across the world, or just in certain areas.

Yes, some older areas that look much the same have modified tilesets.
