According to the D&D 3.0 Player's Handbook, nunchaku should use the monk's unarmed attack bonus and number of attacks. In-game (NWN/Layonara), they use the standard attack bonus and number of attacks.

Is this just Layonara or is it also default NWN? I do not think we have adjusted anything like this at all. If it is an nwn thing there is nothing we can do since it is hard coded. Please report that to Bioware at nwn.bioware.com.

The nunchaku weren't a part of the original game nor the official expansions.

It probably doesnt work for the same reason that weapon focus/spec are borked for the non-bioware standard weapons.
