Deacon Blacksnout - Bank chests bug?

Description: I opened Deacon's bank chest on Central today, and to much my dismay, it didn't show all the contents within, and only showed 1 page.
All other things were in there, a Miner's Pickaxe Heavy, Dragonscale Buckler, Messenger Blade, Laughing Blade (scimitar), but I could not find my Shadon's Trapping Bow inside the bank chest nor at Deacon's 2 chests within Czukay's house.
Then I traveled to the West server, and opened the bank chest, and there the bank chest had 6 pages, alas, no bow. The last time I opened the bank chest was on West server, and I think it was before the last server restart.
Is it possible that by some quirk the bank chest has "devoured" Deacon's bow?

I don't see any evidence in the storage logs at all for Shadon's Trapping Bow for this character.  This includes the bank chests and any housing storage chests. According to logs, this character has never stored/removed this item in/from any storage containers.
