General bug reporting -- PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

First off, let me say thanks to all who have reported bugs with this initial roll-out of V3. Your efforts will help greatly to improve the experience for everyone.
  I do however have a small request for everyone and that is to take a moment to skim through the titles of posts regarding bugs that are already posted, It's possible that the bug you're about to report has already been reported, has a reason/explanation or whatever. Taking a moment to check everything over also helps keep the clutter in the forum to a minimum.
