Known "Feature" or Bug? Bonus Spell Slot

Script Wrecked:
Each time an item with a "bonus spell slot: <class> level <level>" is unequipped, it decreases the number of unused spells of that <level> by one.

Thus, by repeatedly equipping and unequipping the item, it is possible to use up all available spells of that level without having cast them.

I think it's a known bug for charisma based characters i.e. bards but not a hundred percent sure.  Every time you unequip and equip you loose spell slots....uggg.
