I was thinking of a Bag close to a Bag of Holding.

It could be Made from Dire Tiger or Ancient,Legendary Bear Skins.
It could Hold items with a -95% weight reduction.
To make it very Rare put the 5% chance to make one when you hit craft lv 27-28 in Tailoring.

The recipe could be something like this

12 Pelt of chosen animal
12 enchanting oil
5 enchanting Gems
5 enchanted Diamonds of Bull strength
2 Ingots of Mithril (for the buckles and snaps and such)
3 cloth pattrens
4 spools of dark spider silk
6 spools of silk

Thats a lot to risk for a bit of extra weight hehe, I doubt anyone would attempt making it.

I don't know if it's possible to do -95%. Why not just add a recipe for Bags of Holding?

I don't think there is a level 27-28 in tailoring.  Do you mean 17-18?

Because Bags of Holding are unique drop items, are very rare and should remain so. And anything that is craftable ultimately doesn't stay rare for very long.

Bags of holding open to a pocket dimension able to hold all weight without any drawbacks. They already exist in the world, but are among the hardest items to find.

If any would be able to craft them, it would only ONLY be a powerful wizard, and the ingredients would be rediculous.

Magic Power in Layonara is supposed to be low, so if you can't live with a bag, or bags, that reduce 20-40-60-80% weight, then you are probably carrying too much weight already.
