at level 10 you could use any of the 4 silver coatings, or an element 1 or 2 coating. But no combination of them.

We do not have a chart of armors with resistances added.

E/S means Elemental and Silver/titanium respectively.  

The horizontal column on top is for Silver/titanium damage rods levels (1-4) and the vertical column is for Elemental damage rod levels (1-4).  The numbers in the box represent the level your character have to be to weild a weapon with the resulting rod strengths represented by the horizontal and vertitical numbers.

Hope thats not more confusing!
