Hello Ravemore (and welcome back),
The PCDTs have been a little problematic since the forum switch over at the beginning of this year. As you may have read or been told, we're recovering from a major data loss (everything from mid-March to when we were able to get back on line in Aug) so we're still kind of picking up all the pedicels. PCDT access and viewing is something that's been set to the back burner because of the complicated permission problem it seems to have on the new forums.
That said, if you want we can track it down for you and move it to the public forum. Let us know if that's what you'd like to do or not.
