Field General (or something like that, not sure on the name)
Description: These personnel have displayed expert knowledge in the ways of battle, and are able to successfully lead their allies or troops to victory almost every time. They are expert tacticians and know many types of battle tactics, such as ambushing, defending, etc.
Hit Dice: d10
Proficiencies: All simple and martial weapons, all types of armor and shields.
Skill Points: 3 + Int modifier
Requirements:
Ability Scores: at least 13 Charisma
Skills: Discipline 8 ranks, Heal 4 ranks
Feats: Expertise, Improved Expertise
Class Abilities:
Level 1: Gets the Call Retreat ability, all allies in a 30 foot radius gain the effects of the level 1 spell Expeditious Retreat for 6 rounds.
Level 2: Gets the Rally ability, all allies in a 30 foot radius get +1 to attack and plus +1 to AC for 4 rounds. Every two levels the bonuses go up +1 each and the duration goes up another 2 rounds.
Level 4: Gets the Call Charge ability, all allies in a 30 foot radius gain +2 Strength, +2 damage and -2 Dexterity for 3 rounds.
Okay that’s all so far, still trying to think of some more abilities, any ideas?
