All I know is I picked some up about an hour ago from time of posting, and still have not seen it respawn.  I'm the only person online, also.

aloe is on famine timer I believe, two hour respawn.

You know times are tough when commonors begin eating aloe.  In times of famine, boots might even become edible. ;)
