Bug - Defender's Banner

Description: Since the 1.69 update the Defender's Banner has reverted to a Green and White flag, not the old Dregar crest. [I don't use the banner much but I think it was fine before the update].
 
Location:  Discovered it while on Dregar but no reason to think it is not on west as well.
 
Verified: No
 
 Reproducable: Present on two log ins

I can confirm this, though mine's been green & white since the initial release of V3, not just since the last update.

This can be fixed by altering it at a weapon table.

I oxed mine and now it looks like it should. I posted the fix a long time ago.
