Cant send a letter Via Lore

I cant send a letter Via Lore.When i chose the send letter option i get the following message "Cannot send a message; you have no characters to send as!"
Can someone help me out here please?

Sounds like your Public CD Key is incorrect (as you're not showing up as having registered it). Double check what you put in?

(Edit- Also, in the future something like the forum for LORE bugs would be more appropriate than the server forum, I think.)

Moving this to Lore Bugs. Sounds like it is not a bug and you need to do as Acacea suggests. But I want to try and keep this stuff in one location for ease of use/tracking.
