Inventory bug

I spent some time crafting about 7 cure moderate potions and when I looked back in my inventory, I had only 2.  Before I started crafting I had 2 stacks of 8 potions (16 total).  After crafting, I should have had 23 potions, but I ended up with only 18.  I don't know if this is connected to the new patch or not?

I think that you can only craft two potions at a time (as with the case of holy water).  The purpose was to limit mass production of items.

With the last update, we did limit all crafts to have a maximum number of items that can be made at one time.  Most items is one at a time.  For potions like Cure Moderate, the maximum is 3.  Any extra CNR should be left on the table for you to either remove make another attempt.
  Please confirm if you just tried to craft all 7 at once or you did it a different way.
  Also, do you have logs/screenshots that can confirm what you did make?  If so, post them so we can take a look and determine what's going on.

I knew of the new limits in place...  I attached my log.  I did try to make 6 essences at once, since I use 2 at a time to make moderate potions, I wanted  3 attempts before having to make more essence.   I got back 5 .. so I made another attempt at one.  From there, I only made 4 essences at a time.  Every time I attempted the actual potions, I only tried one at a time.  So this shouldn't be an issue.  But 5 of the 7 never appeared in my inventory.

Are you sure you don't have another stack somewhere?

Acquired Item: Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds - This is Bioware telling you you have received something,  not our scripts.  So I'm not sure how you could have not received it.

According to the log, you received 7 potions of Cure Moderate Wounds. I believe that message fires after you actually receive something in your inventory, not before. And it's fired by the NWN engine, not the crafting system. So the other question I have is: are you 100% certain of what you had in your inventory before this crafting?
  I hope this isn't sounding accusatory, but we need as much information as possible to understand this.
