Guessing it means:
Duration: 3 Turns + 1 round/ Level

The in game description also says turn per level, or at least it did a couple days ago.

I don't have access to things like that, but if you're correct someone will look at it.  I'll post a new thread under Bug Reports.

okay, Orth says "fixed in next update" on the duration bit.
