Dragon Ilse Ship Captain not recognising tickets

As the title suggests, no matter how many tickets you have he wont let you sail back to Fort Velensk...either that or he doesnt like me

I think the problem is the respawn code loses the variables needed for ship captains to work properly. If a GM creates a ship captain from the palette, it should work until the next time he dies.
