Title: EAST - Landaise Plains - crossing river bug?

Got the following message into the DM channel when people cross the river in the Landaise plains area. See screenshot.

I did move the jump so it will be fine I think.
  As a heads up... Sometimes that message happens if more than one person is clicking on the placeable at a time.  If one person does it at a time I think it works just fine and no message.
  And I do know it was/is working so....

  That might be it then, as there was a party of 20+ characters crossing.
