East - Under the Lake of Salt - Spawn Issues

Every transition in the first two areas of this dungeon is in the middle of a hot spawn.  Even in and out of the dungeon itself.

Based on what I see in the module, not all of the transitions and spawns can be described such.
  A couple of the ATs and/or spawns have been tweaked to be slightly more friendly for the next update.
