Title: Forum clock is off by +1 hour

You must be in a timezone that did not switch in the USA or Canada. For those of us that did switch the clocks are correct.

At least for PDT.  I'm in PDT, and it's currently 10:17pm.  Clock says 11:17pm.

That JavaScript clock gets generated based on your local time and timezone offset.  It sounds to me like you have not updated your Windows since Time Zone changes were altered.

Thanks.  That was it.  I manually set my clock the night before the time change.  And I've been lazy about keeping XP updated. :P
