getting stuck in the death Void.

Ok here it goes.  When I die it sends me to the death void.  I get there and I go to use the rembering orb to send me back ( I have impressed my memory in it, or what every it is).  It tell me It is sending me back to my bind point.  Witch is Torans temple in fort Llast, but it does not take to my bind point it leaves in the death Void.  If anybody can give me a clue I would be greatfull.  I dont think Im doing anything wrong but I might be missing a step.

Fixed.  He never had a Gem of Rememberance.  After his character was deleted it never gave him a new one as I guess he skipped the memory lane part due to his persistent location.

I've since added a check for the gem of rememberance each login for anyone with more than 1xp to make sure they have it.
