Hi,

I can't get Kitt from Haven to give me the quest. Please help.

You have to be a certain level and not be in a party with those that have already done it.

Perhaps you are not high enough lvl? I think the quest a character level of 10. I might be wrong though...

and I think the Fort Llast lieutenant Jursen quest is sort of a prerequisite?

yup you must be 8th level and have finished jusen's quest

Shelu is level 9 and has completed the other quest.

Then the only thing I can think of is you must have been in a party with someone who has already completed the quest.

No I wasn't in a party. I've tried several times, but she just says welcome to Haven.

I got the quest from Kitt. It didn't work before because I didn't have a certain item on me. Thanks for the input!
