I just tried to use the boat from Hurm to North Point.  The conversation was on target, but no action after my ticket was taken.

Yeah,I just tried it twice thinking maybe it was lag.He takes the ticket,but you dont get sent to North Point.

Yep, this would not work. I am going to leave it to a scripter in this case. The script for that jump does not exist in the module.
