Title: Jako is stuck on the entry road

Jako is stuck on the entry road that runs between the dragons and to a portal to take you to the beginning of Layo. He just appeared there after the update. Tried signing off and on but he just comes back to the same road. Is there any danger if he takes the portal? Would he start over again as a beginning player? Seems unlikely, but then, he shouldn't be on that road either.

There is no danger. If he uses the portal, he will have a choice of landing places, but he will not be reset to Level 1.
If for some reason you cannot get out through the portal, let us know.
