Title: Locked Doors in Ozlo's Tower

Description: The key opens the outer door, but the inner ones are all quite locked. I mentioned this but never posted a formal report, so here you go! I've just been cheating and opening them myself after server resets. If they're not unlocked, whatever key-bearer opening the door can't get past the virtual secretary.
