The scarecrows on Rilara didn't seem to be working correctly yesterday.

Normally if I cross their aura I am instantly feared (hey, will save of 2 does that to ya). Yesterday I was
able to walk up and beat on them all I wanted. Thought I just got lucky on the first 2 but looking back at
the logs I never had to make a save.

Maybe this is as intended and not a bug though... sorry if it isn't.

It's lag, more like, I think.
