Blood clan leader quest

I went with a group tonight and got the head of the lizard man chief.  It wasn't pretty but we did it.  The problem is that when we went back to Hlint to turn it in the captain wouldn't talk to us.  We checked that all had the quest but he called us welps or something.  Has something changed?

I think thats what happens if you're not high enough level to trigger the quest?

In theory, yes.  

But the quest is supposed to be for 10th level and higher, and both Path and Connor are above 10th level.

But how can we all have the quest if we are not all high enough level to trigger it?

Because prior to a few updates ago, any 1st level newbie could talk to Garent and get that quest....and most of us did.

Too bad that quest would usually shred most people into confetti and was way too difficult for the amount of reward given.  So, if memory serves, the quest became one like Moraken's where you had to be 10th level before you could get it.

So a lot of people have the quest in their journals from before AND have enough character levels, but  head or no, Garent won't even talk to us.

It has been reported and we will look in to it.  By now you guys/gals should no we are very active and are always trying to fix any and all reported bugs.
  Give us some time please.  We do have RL schedules as well.
